Updated 2/02/12: Our total church property loan payable is $147,766. We are carrying a note on the Mobile Home (sold last autumn) with a balance remaining of $62,537 (Payments received are almost $500 per month and are designated to pay down the principle of our church property loan). Over the first month of 2012, total church income from all sources was about $8,200. That is $3,000 short of our projected 2012 budget. |
